Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. On 24 December, the room rates include Christmas gala dinner. On 31 December, the room rates include New Year's Eve celebration. For both events formal dress code is required. Please note that the beauty salon operates only from Wednesday to Sunday. It is recommended to book the spa and wellness treatments in advance. Please note that the Thai massages are available only from Friday to Sunday. Please note that any type of extra bed/baby cot needs to be confirmed by the management in advance. Please note that upon check-in it is necessary to present the credit card used in the reservation process.
