Voluntary Hotel insurance service: This insurance will cover you during your stay if you become positive for COVID-19 up to 15 sick days of stay and full meal plan. It will also provide you with medical assistance due to an accident, on call doctor’s visit, transport to medical centers, compensation for accidental death and movement of the mortal remains. It also includes protection in case of qualified robbery in and out of the public transit. It applies within the limited designated for the insurance. Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt from paying 19% VAT when purchasing a tourist package (accommodation and services).
