Important information
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform San Alfonso del Mar Frente al Mar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. All Chilean citizens, resident foreigners and foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Rates and additional fees must be paid in local currency. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates. The huge crystal lagoon is for non-powered water sports only, (e.g. kayaking, windsurfing, etc.) Swimming is not allowed except in a very small area next to the lagoon and during summer high season only (approx. December 15 to March 15) The on-site restaurants are open only during weekends and Chilean holiday periods outside of summer high season. Managed by a private host
