The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Car hire is available from £10 daily, subject to owners Terms & Conditions, which are available on request. Reservations are accepted only of the actual guest staying, no third parties.
