Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. From Monday to Friday, treatments at the spa are available only if booked before arrival. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. - The use of bathing cap and slippers is mandatory to access the spa. - Access to the spa for children is only allowed from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please be aware that is mandatory the use of the swimming cap in order to access to the internal pools. Pets are not allowed in the pool, restaurant, beach or spa.
