Please inform Aloft Al Ain in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 03 Jul 2021 until Sun 01 Aug 2021 Please note that there is an additional 10 AED destination fee per bedroom per unit per night payable at the hotel directly. Guests must present an original, valid passport or ID upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
