Important information
Please inform Alzburg Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests arriving after 18:30 from Monday to Saturday and 15:30 on Sunday must contact the property in advance to arrange for a late check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Guest are requested to indicate their bed configuration at time of booking.
