Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ambassador Suites Antwerp in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that the credit card that was used during the reservation process has to be shown upon check in. If the owner of the card is not travelling with, please have him sign an authorization form. Please note that extra beds need to be confirmed by the hotel (See hotel policies). Guests are kindly requested to note that check-in is possible from: 16:00 until 21:00 from Monday to Sunday Express-check in (key pickup from a safe) is available after 21:00 and on Sunday between 15:00 and 16:00. Guests who plan to arrive after the check-in times mentioned are required to inform the property about their estimated time of arrival. Please note that the parking garage is only accessible for cars up to 2 metres.
