Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Key collection takes place, Monday to Friday, between 15:00 and 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00 at the following address: Prestigi Properties, Avenida de Grecia Street 25, Estartit Guests arriving outside these hours or on Sundays must let Apartamentos Las Brisas know in advance in order to arrange key collection.
