Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Aparthotel am Münzplatz in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. As the reception is not always occupied, guests are asked to contact the accommodation in advance to arrange a check-in and key collection time. Towels, bed sheets and a weekly cleaning service are included. Cots are only available on request. In the single room (Classic Apartment), there is only a single bed, and so only 1 guest can stay. Early check-in (until 12:00) and late check-out (until 13:00) are available on prior request and are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20. Please note that 1 dog weighing 15 kg or less is allowed in each apartment. Aparthotel am Münzplatz provides a dog bed and pet food for an additional fee. Please note that your credit card details are only used to secure your reservation. Payment will be taken on check-in or by prepayment via draft transfer. After you book, the hotel will contact you with the account details for making the prepayment.
