Borkum Island is partially car free. Please note that the schedule for Borkum’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides. The travel time from Emden Ferry Port to Borkum Island is approximately 130 minutes, including a ride on the Island’s Inselbahn (train). Guests can leave their cars at Emden Ferry Port, which has a large car park. It is important to let the hotel know what time you intend to arrive. Contact details of the hotel are included in your confirmation email. Please note that the spa tax can only be paid in cash upon departure. Guests requiring extra beds are kindly asked to submit the request in advance due to limited amount of extra beds.
