Baudin House is a beautifully presented beachfront holiday home situated in the charming seaside town of Penneshaw, the "Gateway to Kangaroo Island, South Australia. Hog Bay, a beautiful, pristine safe swimming beach and has fantastic views to the mainland, faces the north where we enjoy the sun throughout the year, the house is modern, a spacious kitchen with Miele appliances, spacious large deck with barbeque facilities, 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite, second and third bedroom opposite the main bathroom, separate toilet, very family orientated, enclosed garden for all the family to enjoy, wood combustion fire for the winter months and air-conditioning for the summer. Please note that there is a non-refundable 3.85% charge when you pay with a credit card. Directions to the property: Airport: Kingscote Airport: 60 km away Ferry: Penneshaw Termina: 1 km away Baudin House is 5 minutes from the Penneshaw Ferry Terminal, the address is 5 Cheopis Street, Penneshaw. After driving along Frenchmen's Terrace, turn right opposite 3 Norfolk Pines into Cheopis Street and Baudin House is the second house on the left-hand side. The house has a large garage on the lower level for you to park your car and living is upstairs via a flight on stairs.
