Please inform Baumanns Landhaus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must contact the owner in advance if they want to check in after 18:00, to receive the code for the key box. Please note that daily cleaning services are not available during the stay. Guests wanting breakfast in their room should inform the property at least 1 day in advance. Guests arriving with children must inform the property in advance of the ages of the children. Prices for children cots vary based on age and must be confirmed by the property in advance. Please note that for bookings of 3 rooms more, special terms and additional supplements may apply. All rooms come with a sofa bed, 140 cm wide.
