Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform BCV - Sun Sea & Sand Private Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CVE 5500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests should take a taxi directly outside arrivals to Tortuga Beach Resort. Here you can check in to obtain your key for access to your room. You have booked a private self catering room, when you check in you will open your private guest account allowing you to purchase food & drinks on site.
