Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Broadwater Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. You must show a valid photo ID and physical credit card upon check-in (credit/debit cards on phones are not suitable). Reception hours are: Monday-Saturday 08:00 to 19:00 Sundays & Public Holidays 09:00 to 17:00. If arriving after reception closes please notify the Resort so late-arrival instructions can be provided. Please note that this property has a No Party Policy. Please note that this property does not accept School Leavers. It does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Any Leavers found to be staying at the Resort during this time will be asked to leave, and their booking will be non-refundable. Whilst the Resort is Pet Friendly for around 330 days each year, they do not permit pets during peak periods of Easter, April School Holidays and Christmas and January School Holidays. In 2021 this means no pets from 1 to 18 April 2021 and 16 December 2021 until 31 January 2022. The Resort is non-smoking.
