Please inform Carlton Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Carlton Suites about your exact arrival time (and flight number) via e-mail, fax or telephone at least 3 days before arrival. This is necessary for handing over the keys, since Carlton Suites has no reception. Please note that check-in has to be performed latest 16:00. If you expect to arrive after this time, please inform the property in advance. They will organise a taxi to pick you up at the airport or train station and to hand over your keys.
