Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will send the access code to the property after they receive the completed registration from the guest. Excessive use of electricity, water and gas will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. In summer, the pool/sauna/sunbathing area in the backyard is only accessible from 10:00 to 19:00. Guests can use the other terraces at the front/side garden until 22:00.
