Please inform Country cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Please note that a late check-in fee of EUR 15 per hour will be charged after 19.00. Please inform the property in case of arrival outside check-in hours. Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent bed linen at the property for an additional fee of EUR 8.50 per person per stay, or bring their own. Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Please note that guests are required to pay a final cleaning fee or clean the accommodation themselves before departure.
