Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.00% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Valet parking is available for AUD 50 a night. The valet parking entrance is located at 25 Edinburgh Avenue. Public parking is available below the hotel in the Wilson car park, entrance via Phillip Law Street, and costs AUD 35 per day.
