This former farmhouse has been lovingly renovated to create a beautiful rural villa. In a picturesque location surrounded by trees and lush countryside the El Clos is wonderfully secluded making it perfect for those who want peace and tranquillity. Although the villa enjoys privacy it is only a short drive from both Old Alcudia and Pollensa where there is a veritable choice of beaches and coves amongst other delights. The interior is delightfully homely, beamed ceilings lead through to an open-plan lounge, which is separated from the spacious kitchen by an American style breakfast bar. Please inform El Clos in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
