The 300-year-old Ferienhaus Martlerhof is situated 1500 metres above sea level and offers 5 bedrooms with handmade wooden furniture. The living room comes with a tiled stove, a seating area and satellite TV. The facilities also include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 4 en-suite bathrooms. Important information
Please inform Ferienhaus Martlerhof in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Martlerhof will contact you with instructions after booking. Please note that 4 bedrooms are available for up to 8 persons. 6 bedrooms are available from 9 persons. Please also note, that if guests book for up to 8 persons, only 4 bedrooms will be available (first floor). If guests book for 9 or more persons the whole house will be available (first and second floor). Managed by a private host
