This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. An electricity fee of EUR 4 per night for the period May to October and EUR 6 from November to April is not included An oil fee of EUR 5 per night for the period May to October and EUR 7,50 from November to April is not included
