Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Please note that from 6 February 2023 until 31 May 2023 some noise disturbance due to an upgrade of the HVAC system is possible between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays. Please note that the entrance to the underground parking is located on Drabstraat. Guests travelling by car are recommended to use the street name 'Drabstraat 37, Gent'. It is advised to use Google Maps or the Waze app instead of the onboard GPS. A Low Emission Zone is in place in the city centre of Gent. Please note that reservation of private parking is possible for an additional fee of 15 EUR on top of the parking costs. For reservations, please contact the hotel directly. Please note that City tax is only applicable to guests 18 years and older. The tax will be calculated at the hotel, after verification of the travellers age.
