Artículo 65", the property will charge 20% of the total reservation price, or keep deposit Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt of 19% VAT when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service). Please note only guests with a Visa PIP 3, PIP 5, PIP 6, PIP 10, TP 7, TP 11, TP 12, tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Monday or Tuesday after holidays the pool is under maintenance.
