A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Koninklijke Baan, 172, 8670 Koksijde. Basic usage of water (1.6 cubic metres), heating (season dependent) and electricity (100 KwH) is included in the standard reservation rates. Please note that extra costs are deducted from the security deposit in case these limits are exceeded. Water, heating and electricity meter registrations can be requested with the property. Please note that the security deposit is payed back via bank transaction approximately 3 weeks after the guest's stay.
