Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Ourthe & Somme Gestion - Rue Trou du Renard 9, 5377 Somme-Leuze. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them for EUR 8 per person (bed linen) and EUR 3 per person (towels). Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. A baby cot or chair can be rented on-site for an additional fee should guests wish to do so.
