Please note that a 3% surcharge applies for payments with an American Express credit card. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the hotel's key safe. To receive the password, please contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that rooms are fully serviced by housekeeping every fifth day. Towels are changed and bins are emptied every day. You can request daily full housekeeping service at an extra charge. Pets are allowed at the property, provided they are domesticated and under 20 kg of weight. A surcharge per pet per night (balcony rooms only) applies and must be paid in advance of arrival.
