Important information
Please inform Grand Palais Beachside Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Grand Palais is undergoing a major wifi upgrade from the 6th until the 13th of September. Throughout his time there will be no wifi in the building Please note, there will be Construction Noise (concrete drilling) scheduled for 7.30 – 4pm on Thursday 27 July and Friday 28th July 2023 in the basement – Scheduled Building maintenance. The noise is not expected throughout the entire day – but most likely intermittent.
