If smoking occurs, an additional fee will be charged upon check-out. Note that parking is subject to availability at check in time. In case there were not availability, Front desk Employees would inform about other parking available (with cost). Guests will be required to send a valid ID number to the property. Please note that a local Ecotax is not included on the fee. The cost is US$ 1.66 per person until June 30th, and US$ 2.30 per person from July 1st to December 31st.
