Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of CNY 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests under the age of 18 will only be accepted when accompanied by a guardian. Please kindly note that all guests are required to cooperate with relevant security check and show the health code. In terms of public outdoor hot springs, 2 guests could enjoy 1-hour free experience in each suite. Guests in private villa could enjoy the personal pool without limitation. Please kindly note that the health and sports center, public indoor and outdoor swimming pools are temporarily closed until further notice from government guidelines. The private swimming pools of the villas will not be affected. To follow the epidemic prevention policy by government, all restaurants in the hotel will temporarily suspend dine-in service from now on. The hotel will provide a meal delivery menu and breakfast/lunch/dinner can be delivered to guests who book rooms with breakfast included in the price. Other meal package is charged separately. Meal delivery business hours: 07:00-22:00. Pets are not allowed in property, flying a drone is prohibited. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), all guests must cooperate with security personnel, by providing trajectory (scan the Suikang QR code on WeChat), and the health code must be a green code. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from high risk area on dates where such guidelines exist. According to government guidelines, property can not accommodate guests who have traveled to Nanjing within 14 days. All visitors are required to scan the QR code to check the 14-day itinerary. If there is an asterisk in the 14-day itinerary, it means that you have been to the medium-high-risk area, and you must provide a valid nucleic acid test certificate after returning from the area. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), public outdoor hot springs have implemented an appointment system to control the flow of passengers. Please make an appointment in advance to enjoy the hot springs after arriving at the store. The private hot springs of villas will not be affected.
