Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Kerteminde Turistbureau, Strandvejen 6, 5300 Kerteminde. Please inform Jøvet Holiday House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of DKK 900 is required. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive a payment link via email from Kerteminde Tourist Office. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included, guests are required to bring their own. Please note that the property is heated by electricity. Electricity and heating charges are based on usage during your stay and are paid upon check-out.
