Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Lautrec has no reception. In order to check in, guests need to bring the access codes they will receive from the accommodation after their reservation. Please note that for the months of July and August a booking has to be from Saturday to Saturday. Managed by a private host
