Important information
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The keys to the property can be collected at La Maison Du Peket. Please note that 2 parking garages are within 220 metres of the property: Parking "Cité" and parking "St-Denis". Both cost EUR 14 per 24 hours. Parking "St-Lambert" cost EUR 20 per 24 hours and is situated 350 meters from the property. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Please note that pets are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate.
