Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2019 until Sun 01 Mar 2020 When booking multiple rooms, individual names are required for each reservation. Please note: During the cooler months of the year all pools and cabanas are closed for the season except for Moorea, which we be available to all guests during this period. For your convenience, the Mandalay Bay offers self-parking in our Main Parking Garage, as well as Valet Parking for a fee. The parking fee provides you with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts destinations. Any required deposit or pre-payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking. During periods of high occupancy, guests may be upgraded and moved to the Delano, an adjacent all-suite hotel. Cancellation policy: The 72-hour cancellation window closes at 17:00 three days before the arrival day. The Daily Resort Fee Includes: - Internet Access - Cardio Center Access - Local & 800 phone calls - Additional inclusions Must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
