Important information
Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Credit card payments incur a credit card surcharge fee of 1.1% Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that car parking is subject to availability and fees apply. Parking spaces cannot be pre-booked. Maintenance Notice: The Art Centre Melbourne is currently doing construction on their land that backs onto the adjacent block from the hotel. Works will be done within the following operating hours. - Mondays to Fridays – 7am to 7pm - Saturdays – 8am to 3pm Our Sauna is experiencing some technical faults and will be unusable until it is resolved. A replacement is scheduled to be installed and completed late June 2023.
