Important information
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continute to Zermatt by train or taxi. If you are travelling with children, please inform the property in advance of how many are arriving and include their age. Please also note that extra beds have to be requested before arrival. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. For sustainability reasons our wellness center will only be opened by request and can be used for 1.5 hours between 2:30pm and 9PM. Please note that reception and wellness area are closed from October 2023 to November 2023.
