From Mondays to Fridays, reception is open from 06:30 until 10:00 and from 17:00 until 22:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, reception is open from 07:00 until 10:30 and from 17:00 until 22:00. The reception is closed between 10:00 and 17:00. Same-day bookings made between 10:00 and 17:00 are then processed at 17:00. It is possible to check in 24 hours a day by entering the reservation number at the entrance of the hotel. There is also an emergency hotline in case of difficulties. Please note that your credit card is required in order to access the 24-hour check-in key box.
