Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, the maximum capacity of each room is 4 people. The property may contact you after booking to provide credit card debit authorization, which is required to secure your reservation, except in case of non refundable rates. For non refundable rates property will charge full amount of your credit card on the day of the reservation. Bookings with a half-board meal plan include breakfast and dinner. Guests with a half-board reservation can choose between a buffet-style dinner at Coffee Shop Sunrise, a special “Du Chef” menu at the Japanese Sushi Bar or at French restaurant Le Soleil or an à la carte dinner at Pizzaria La Luna. Please note, dinner does not include beverages. Other à la carte options are available for an extra charge. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
