Important information
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available upon request and at an additional cost. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old. Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open at certain fixed times of the day. Pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment). It is necessary to present the pet passport at reception. €75 per animal and week. €12 per animal and per day (stays from 1 to 6 nights). There is a restriction for breeds considered potentially dangerous. €1 will be charged at the time of reserving the apartment to verify the card. This amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Please note that air conditioning is available only in the dining room, not in the rooms
