Important information
Please inform Pirita Sea View Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. When paying by credit card, the name of the cardholder and the name of the guest indicated at the time of booking must match. Upon check-in, the owner of the card used for payment must be present and confirm the transaction. In case if a corporate card details are being used for this reservation, you will be asked to provide official letter of indemnity. If these conditions are not met, payment will be returned to the card owner and you will be asked to pay with an alternative card or in cash. The hotel has the right to refuse to booking and accommodation, should you not meet any of the above requirements. In case of reservations made for the same day after 19:00, please contact the property to arrange key collection. Reception is open from 10:00 to 19:00 on Pärnu mnt 32.
