Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Please note, all rooms include free access to PortAventura Park for the total length of the stay, including both check-in and check-out dates. Tickets to the Aquatic Park and Cirque du Soleil are not included. 1 access to Ferrari Land per person per stay is also included in all room rates. Guests are kindly requested to check the park’s calendar for opening times. Please note, this offer includes accommodation in any one of PortAventura® Resort's 4 hotels. On the day before your arrival, after 14:00, you will receive an e-mail confirming which hotel you have been allocated to. For reservations on 24th or 31st December, a buffet dinner is included. Please note the Parks are closed from Monday to Friday, from 5 November to 21 December. From 6 December to 9 December the Parks will be open.
