If you travel with children, please inform the property in advance about their number and age. Please note that single currency credit cards cannot be accepted for reservations. If you expect to arrive by train, get out at the Interlaken West Train Station, cross the train tracks and the bridge over the river and then take the second street on the right. The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 buses from the train station and get off at the first stop.
