Please kindly note that in order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, some restaurants, executive lounge, swimming pool, fitness centre and central air conditioning system are now closed until further notice. During this period, room service is available. For guests with club benefits, the hotel will provide happy hour package in the restaurant on the first floor from 17:00 to 20:00. Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. According to Shanghai’s anti-smoking regulations, smoking is not allowed in the property's indoor areas.
