Please note that the baby cot is provided upon availability and upon request. Please note that early check-in is available upon availability and at surcharge. Guests are kindly asked to present a Russian passport at check-in. Children 14 years and younger are kindly asked to present their birth certificate. Please note that the property's outdoor swimming pool and beach area are open from May until September. The property reserves the right to amend this period depending on the weather. Please note that sun chairs and umbrellas at the public beach are available free of charge for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old staying in Superior, Deluxe and King Rooms, and for all guests staying in Junior Suite and Suite. Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. According to pet policy, only dogs are allowed at the property.
