Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that Quality Hotel Lighthouse requires payment for rooms upon arrival (or earlier), and a refundable Bond of $200 via credit card is required upon arrival. We reserve the right to require an additional Bond should we feel it necessary. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express; 3.5% charge with Diners Club and 1% charge with Master and Visa card. Please note this property is undergoing refurbishment. Some room types have not been renovated.
