Randolins Familienresort is located on the edge of Sankt Moritz in the Grisons Region, just 300 metres from the next chair lift to the Corviglia Ski Area and a ski school. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. On prior request, a free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel is provided. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance so that the free shuttle service from the train station can be arranged.The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October). A reservation in advance is mandatory. If you travel with children, please inform the hotel in advance of their age and the number. Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property. From 18:00, guests aged 15 years old or younger cannot access the spa. These guests must always be accompanied by an adult. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. The hotel cannot be entered without a valid certificate (vaccinated or recovered).
