Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments. Please note that for business- and long term reservations different policies apply. Please contact the property prior to booking for more information. Please note that payment via bank transfer is required. After completing the booking, RCN will provide further payment instructions via email. A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The property will contact you with more information after booking. Please note that bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are not included in the price. Children until 3 years of age are exempted from city tax. Please note that all accommodations are smoke free. Please note that the free WiFi can be used on one device solely. In case connection for more devices is desired, a surcharge of EUR 3.20 per day applies. Please note that, upon request, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per accommodation at a surcharge of EUR 8 per night. When bringing along pets, a final cleaning is mandatory.
