Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7 per person or bring their own. Please inform Résidence Durbuy in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Piscine Extérieure is closed from Mon 31 May 2021 until Mon 30 May 2022 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the swimming pool is currently closed for renevation works until Spring 2021. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian.
