Important information
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability. Please note that in some rooms, children cannot sleep in an existing bed for safety reasons. Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box. If the provided booking information is missing or incorrect, the property will directly contact guests via email. Please reply to this email to confirm the reservation. Reservations where guests do not reply to property will be cancelled. Shuttle service from JR Takayama Station bus terminal is available upon request. To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation at least 5 days prior to the reservation check-in date. Guests who are booking for a group of more than 3 rooms need to pay in advance using a credit card. The booking may be cancelled if the advance payment is not made in a timely manner. There are no restaurants, shops or dining options within a walking distance from the property. Please note that some rooms may have unstable WiFi connection. The hot spring bath is open between 16:30-08:30 (the next day). Please contact the property directly for service hours of tennis court, swimming pool and terrace bar. Guests with a breakfast plan who want to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 2days in advance.
