Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Koninklijke Baan, 172, 8670 Koksijde. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the keys can be picked up starting from 15:00 and need to be returned by 10:00. In case of arrival outside check-in hours, please contact the property. Please note that sheets and blankets are not included and guests are advised to bring their own. The security deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks after departure. Please note that any electricity and heating usage above average will be deducted from the deposit at check-out.
